Marisol Gallagher Named to ColoradoBiz Colorado 500 Architects List for 2026
I am honored to be included in ColoradoBiz's Colorado 500 Architects list for 2026.
The Colorado 500 recognizes leaders across industries who are shaping the future of Colorado through their work, expertise, and community involvement. Being included among so many accomplished architects throughout the state is both humbling and deeply meaningful.
When I founded Marisol Studios, my goal was never simply to design buildings. My goal was to help clients create homes that support health, comfort, resilience, and connection while reducing environmental impact.
Today, Marisol Studios specializes in high-performance residential architecture, Passive House consulting, and sustainability-focused design throughout Colorado. Whether designing a custom home, renovation, or addition, I believe that great architecture should not require a choice between beauty and performance. The best projects seamlessly integrate both.
This recognition also reflects the incredible clients, consultants, builders, and mentors who have trusted me throughout my career. I am especially grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the broader architecture community through leadership roles with the AIA National Small Firm Exchange (SFx), AIA Colorado Committee on the Environment (COTE), and the Colorado Green Building Guild.
As our industry continues to address challenges related to energy use, resilience, housing, and climate, I remain committed to advancing thoughtful, high-performing architecture that improves everyday life for the people who occupy it.
Thank you to ColoradoBiz for this recognition and to everyone who has supported Marisol Studios along the way.
If you are planning a custom home, renovation, or addition in Colorado and would like to explore how high-performance design can improve comfort, health, and long-term value, I would love to connect.
